Daimatsu Sushi was first
established in Tokyo
Japan by the Chef
Satoshi's father 40 years
ago. The restaurant is
still very active and
running by his family.
After coming to America
over 20 years ago, he
worked with various
restaurants in New York
City. In 1987 the
chef/owner had
established his first
restaurant in
Mountainside, New
Jersey. After selling his
business to his friend he
came down to Florida to
open up the Daimatsu
sushi that is running
currently.
